Aerial Track
Reese Rosen
Originally from California and currently based in Texas, Reese is a long-time acrobat and performer. She spent 3 years as a dancer, 7 years as a competitive gymnast and 5 years as a competitive cheerleader. After a brief hiatus to complete her degree in Psychology, she discovered her passion for Aerial Arts. She trains and is an advanced Aerial Hammock/Sling instructor and performer. She specializes in Aerial Sling/Hammock, but also cross-trains in corde lisse, pole, ground acrobatics, trapeze, and partner acrobatics.
Jessica Chen
Jessica Chen is a veteran in the Dallas Pole and Aerial Arts scene moving to the area in 2014. Her personal yoga practice is also aspirational. In her professional life, you may find Dr. Chen seeing patients in a dental office near you. Jessica has taught both Pole and Lyra classes for many years now in the greater DFW area. She has also performed at many shows and venues. Dallas Acroyoga is fortunate to have Dr. Chen teaching Saturday lyra classes as her busy schedule permits!
Anya Askew
Anya Askew began her movement journey dabbling in various dance, fitness, and yoga classes, but soon discovered the world of circus, and her passion for aerial arts unfolded through worlds collided. She began her practice in Gainesville Florida with S-Connection Aerial Arts (Now Gainesville Circus Center), and fell madly in love! She moved to NYC to complete a professional training program in 2014, learning cross discipline skills including multiple aerial apparatuses, flexibility, and strength training. Upon graduating, she began her career as a full time performing artist and circus educator. After nearly a decade of practice, She's now performed and taught in over 17 countries around the world, and continues to expand her movement practice and education to include personal training, and teaching yoga, sharing the love of movement in all forms!
Linda Nguyen
Linda grew up learning about movement through martial arts. She took up yoga and acroyoga during grad school and eventually found her way into the aerial world. You’ll find her on the lyra or on a hammock every chance she gets. She loves to find new movements, flows, and tricks to add to her aerial repertoire and enjoys exploring the aerial studios and communities whenever she travels. When she’s not in the air, you can find her going down a rabbit hole about the human brain.
