She is also likely the first person to greet you when you visit Acro Open Gym!

Eric McKeethen

Eric McKeethen is a movement practitioner who has trained in many different styles such as parkour, gymnastics, obstacle training, calisthenics and circus acrobatics. He has traveled the world and performed in shows with Acrobatic Conundrum, Lone Star Circus and Tempos Circus. Even though he may not be the flashiest performer, Eric breaks down movement into detailed understandable ways for himself and others. Eric has used this mindset to expand his skill with AcroYoga and find ease with many of the difficult skills within partner acrobatics. When you want to learn a new technique or add new tricks to your repertoire, Eric will walk you through the things that will allow you to perform the moves safely, and with power so that you can do it for years.

Mark and Anastasia

As a child, Mark Lin was a timid and chubby kid, but in college, he broke out of his shell with a vengeance when he started a journey driven by a love of movement. He spent over a decade competing and teaching kung fu and tai chi and performing every lunar new year as a Chinese lion and dragon dancer, before discovering yoga. While earning his RYT200 at The Yoga Movement Dallas, he refined his teaching voice and kindled a passion towards teaching acroyoga. Acroyoga taught him how to cultivate a proper “play” attitude as an adult. When Mark teaches acroyoga, his goal is to teach students how to connect, communicate, trust, collaborate, and play. He is an engineer at heart and loves solving the movement puzzles that come with an acroyoga practice.

A natural kinesthetic learner, Anastasia Belomyltseva’s happy place has always resided in movement disciplines, dabbling in yoga, roller and ice skating, taekwondo, snowboarding, paddle surfing, aerial silks, lyra, and acroyoga. She is a passionate believer in functional movement and mobility and has a talent for breaking down skills and teaching conditioning drills to help students progress. She is an energetic, compassionate, and technical acroyoga instructor who enjoys teaching the nuances of body mechanics.

David discovered Acro eight years ago and has been practicing consistently ever since. He was drawn to the Acrobatics, Thai Massage, physical challenge, sense of connection that comes with practicing with a partner, and has developed a deep understanding of the various disciplines over the years. David Learned from some of the best teachers in the country and has become an expert in many of the foundational moves of Acro. As a teacher, David is known for his patience, attention to detail, and ability to create a fun and inclusive atmosphere. He is committed to ensuring that all students feel safe and supported as they explore the practice of Acro.

Mollie is a certified yoga instructor. She is passionate to guide others in their yoga journey teaching them that every movement can open a door to a better state of mind, health, and happiness. Yoga has helped Mollie get through many life’s challenges. Her love for teaching is to help others find their way through the ups and downs of life through yoga.
