A 501(c)(3) nonprofit festival dedicated to providing low cost acroyoga, aerial, and dance opportunities.

Dallas Acro Fest offers the unique opportunity to explore three different tracks: Acro, Aerial, and Dance. Each track begins with introductory classes that progress to the highest levels throughout the festival. Participants are encouraged to "jump tracks" during the festival, exploring new interests early and advancing your passion later on.
Each evening culminates with the legendary Acro Open Gym social. Dallas Acroyoga's Acro Open Gym has been going strong for over 7 years offering the best weekly movement event that Dallas has to offer. Come experience it for yourself!
Date • Location
Dallas Acro Fest 2023 will be held on 04/22 3:00-11:00 PM and 04/23 5:00-11:00 PM at Elevate Gymnastics in Dallas, TX. Participants are welcome to stay one additional day for Monday evening's weekly Acro Open Gym on 4/24.
Acro Teachers
There are six evening classes in the acro track plus two acro open gym socials. Acro track participants are encouraged to try the intro classes for other tracks earlier in the conference.
Acro track class topics include: introduction, washing machines, adagio low lifts and tricks, whips, Standing H2H, F2H, and Inlocates, and effortless connections for standing.
Dance Teachers
There are six evening classes in the dance track plus two acro open gym socials. Dance track participants are encouraged to try the intro classes for other tracks earlier in the conference.
Dance track class topics include: two step basics, bar patterns, how to spin, advanced two step moves, competitive bar, and high dance lifts and tricks.
Aerial Teachers
There are seven evening classes in the aerial track plus two acro open gym socials. Aerial track participants are encouraged to try the intro classes for other tracks earlier in the conference.
Aerial track class topics include: aerial introduction, all levels lyra and silks, intermediate silks and sling, dynamic lyra, and duo silks.
Class Schedule
Here is the tentative schedule for Dallas Acro Fest 2023! The festival includes separate Acro, Aerial, and Dance floors. All participants may "skip tracks" at any time. In the event that a class reaches capacity, preferences will be given to primary track participants first. You may select your primary track when purchasing tickets!
